For more than 25 years, Dr. Lori Hayes has been committed to developing leaders, strengthening relationships, and creating communities where people feel connected and want to be.
My Journey
My journey began in education. As a classroom teacher, student activities coordinator, and club advisor, I experienced firsthand the power of giving people a place to belong, a voice to use, and an opportunity to lead. Those experiences shaped a belief that continues to drive my work today: people perform differently when they matter and feel connected to the people around them. That belief eventually became a calling.

I am the founder of Commissioned Leadership, where I partner with schools and organizations to create high-energy, purpose-driven experiences that connect people, develop leaders, and strengthen culture.
